Diversity and Inclusion

We as a non profit organization have a responsibility to our community to ensure no one, either staff, board, or customers are being treated unfairly due to race, gender, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, background, or disability. Our goal is to enforce a sense of community and family, and ensure everyone is treated fairly and equally. In order to do so, we intend to be as transparent as possible in how our business structure is made up, and how we effect our community.

Our Staff

Board Diversity

It is almost impossible for our board to be fully represented by all races, ethnic groups, and demographics we will be serving. Because of that, we will regularly ask for feedback and Customer Satisfaction Surveys to make sure everything is fair and everyone is represented.

Employment Diversity

Right now, everyone is not represented equally in employment, however, some of the things we intend to include later as we grow, will be cultural programs from Native Americans, Mexico, Africa, China, Japan, Korea, Philippines, and other countries, so we can learn about other cultures and ensure everyone will be represented.
